Samenvatting
The present deliverable is the last release (v6.0) of the Dissemination Strategy and Plan of the Project COURAGEOUS, aiming at defining the purpose of communicating (why) results, news, and other relevant information, alongside the communication guidelines (how) for all activities performed under the scope of the project.
COURAGEOUS aims to facilitate the development of a common baseline understanding amongst Member State authorities concerning the effectiveness of different technical systems intended for use in detecting, tracking, and identifying non-cooperative drones. This entails the dissemination of test results and lessons learned with relevant competent authorities in different sectors in all Member States responsibly and securely.
This includes the production of dissemination products supporting DG HOME’s communications efforts, such as factsheets and the dissemination at a global scale through the network provided by INTERPOL, as a responsible partner for this task.
This document will serve as a baseline guidance throughout the project, guiding the communication and dissemination effort conducted by the consortium. A formal update of the implementation of the communication, dissemination and exploitation strategy will be provided in deliverable D6.2 at month M21. At the end of the project, a final report on the implementation of the communication, dissemination & exploitation strategy will be presented in D6.3, together with the results of each dissemination activity, reporting also future-oriented dissemination and exploitation activities, foreseen by each partner, after the end of the project.
Contained in this document are the major events, publications, conferences, and social media platforms through which the COURAGEOUS consortium seeks to promote the project and its results. To successfully disseminate of the project’s results, the consortium has defined a set of target audiences (who) with corresponding events and/or publications (where). Each type of audience will be reached via a preferential channel, whether this is through the online presence or by physical interaction.
Moreover, this deliverable presents the logo identity and the rules for employing it. References, the writing, and disclaimer rules are also presented to ensure all communication messages are coherent, and appropriately acknowledge the EU funding instruments.
Finally, the current document also presents the mechanisms for ensuring high quality in all publications and dissemination material.
