Doel van het project
The Belgian Defence faces various challenges requiring adaptive leadership. Despite the recognized importance of leadership, the RMA lacks substantial research in this area. The LEAP project aims to address this gap by conducting research on adaptive military leadership, while establishing a new Research Unit on Leadership within DEML (RMA). The project involves multiple universities, using diverse methods to produce impactful findings and practical tools to enhance leadership effectiveness within Defence.
