Résumé

The Project Management Plan defines a number of agreements between the COURAGEOUS partners towards the management of the project. Moreover, it provides a common baseline, such that all partners understand clearly what is expected from them throughout the project. The Project Management Plan should thus be seen as a clarification / practical implementation of the management rules set out in the COURAGEOUS Grant Agreement and the COURAGEOUS Consortium Agreement. Important to note is that both these documents supersede the Project Management Plan, so in case of different interpretations, it are the Grant Agreement and the Consortium Agreement that need to be followed.
