The Military use of Outer Space and the LAw of Neutrality

Militaries are relying heavily on space assets for the performance of their military activities on the ground. With space being a domain of elevated multinational cooperation and high-level private actor involvement, the MOSLAN project seeks to clarify whether and how the law of neutrality would/should apply when (shared) space assets are being used for different sorts of military purposes.
