Détails du projet
Objectif du projet
Slow-wave sleep is known to improve physical recovery, cognitive processing, and emotion regulation. However, the demands of military operations often impair this restorative benefit of sleep. Closed-loop auditory stimulation (CLAS) is a technique that involves sending quiet sound pulses during slow-wave sleep to boost its effectiveness. We will investigate the use of CLAS in operational conditions to preserve the benefits of slow-wave sleep in military personnel.
