Objectif du projet
The planification of wounded soldiers’ evacuation or national refugees out of conflict zones is currently lacking the use of formal optimization techniques. The B-STORM project is designed to study the introduction of new means of evacuation and additional rail network, and designated aeral corridors in the current simulations and develop a user interface to support decision-making process from the medical and logistics planners.
