Objectif du projet
The focal point of the ACODIS research project is to critically assess - with a view of strengthening - the international legal framework that is or should be in place to deal with disinformation in relation to armed conflicts. The main objective is to delimit lawful deceptive practices from illegal use/spread of disinformation and discuss legal options of preventing and combatting the latter practices and holding those involved accountable/responsible.
