Advanced Characterization of TErtiary eXplosives

Tertiary explosives are serious and emerging threats in a homeland counter-terrorist and operational counter improvised explosive devices context. They are most of the time freely available on the market and major obstacles prevent the enforcement of controls on their accessibility. This project aims at developing specific methods to overcome these obstacles in order to facilitate the enforcement of these controls.
