Biographie
José Fernandes is a researcher at the Royal Military Academy (RMA) in Brussels, within the Department of Ballistics and Weapon Systems, where he is a member of the Human Body Response research unit.
He earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Portugal.
At the RMA, his work focuses on the development of a computer-based empirical model for wound ballistics vulnerability assessment.
