I participated in this course, organised by the International Institute of Humanitarian Law (IIHL), which examines how new technologies (such as autonomous, cyber‑ or AI‑enabled weapons) must be legally assessed under IHL.

This experience is directly relevant to my thesis ("Criminal responsibility of users of LAWS"), because it gave me tools to understand the legal review obligations under IHL, and to analyse whether and how state and individual responsibility can be determined when deploying such systems.
