Abstract

Medical disaster management research tries to identify methodologies and rules of best practice and evaluates performance and outcome indicators for medical disaster management. However, the conduct of experimental studies is either impos- sible or ethically inappropriate. Our aim is the development of a "medical disaster management simulator" that can reproduce the missing experimental studies.
