Abstract

Key points: Treatment of cystic fibrosis-related chronic rhinosinusitis should target sinonasal biofilms. NaHCO₃ salts with/without xylitol have limited antibiofilm properties, whereas rhDNAse has not. Phage effectivity varies and depends on the phage and the combination with antibiotics.
