abstract = "In this paper, we examine the feasibility of applying Space-Time Adaptive Processing (STAP) to bistatic passive radars using noise-like signals in general and Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial (DVB-T) illuminators of opportunity in particular. We show that by working on the appropriate mixing product, we make the application of classical STAP methods and nonhomogeneity detection possible. We finally confirm these theoretical results by simulations created from real measurements.",
