Automated interpretation of aerial photographs using local and global rules

Abstract

In this paper a method will be presented for building an object oriented world model from aerial imagery. A combination of local and global rules are imposed using fuzzy rule based expert systems. Through a feed-back loop the satisfaction level of the global rules will tune the local detection parameters.
