Project Details
Goal of the project
This project aims at the development of new systems for detection of camouflaged targets. The first step is to make an overview of camouflage technologies for different scenarios and possible targets. The next step is to identify possible mitigations of this camouflage, also using new technology developments such as new detectors and ad-hoc imaging techniques. The last stage of this project is to realize a technology demonstrator for one possible solution and show its capabilities with tests on camouflaged targets in different operational environments. An industrial roadmap will be provided for future implementation and exploitation.
