Development of a Next Generation Sequencing pipeline applicable to the characterisation of plasmid-mediated pathogenicity of Biological Warfare Agents, as well as clinical and potentially harmful environmental agents.

RMA is in charge of administrative management and stakeholder analysis of the project.
