Project Details
Goal of the project
The CRASH project will develop a novel generation of impact-resistant drones. Such novel systems will allow Belgian Defence Special Forces operators to fly drones with greater speed, advanced agility, and requiring less training-time to pilot. These characteristics will provide a tactical advantage for the soldiers in the application field. The project is a collaboration between RMA, the LAND component, and
the VUB-Brubotics. From VUB-side, this project fits their research objectives into a larger Horizon Europe project framework on the development of impact-aware aerial systems.
