Project Details
Goal of the project
The need for change is more present than ever in the public sector organizations. The whole sector has gone through several transformations over the past decades and there are clear signs even more change is coming our way. Unfortunately, implementing change is a daunting task that in general is considered even more challenging in public sector that in the private sector.
The purpose of this research is to develop a change model that allows to assess the readiness for change of public organizations, in order to design transformation journeys that match the context and history of the organization. This needs to provide instruments that allow to boost the success rates of change programs in public sector organizations.
