Project Details
Goal of the project
Impaired sleep, nutrition, mood and physical readiness during cold weather military operations threaten soldier safety and resilience. This project aims to attenuate the effects of extreme environments on soldier readiness by
1) identifying predictors of resilience in cold environments, and
2) developing practical interventions to preserve and enhance soldier health, safety and readiness in such environments.
