Description

A CATL introduction workshop for the maritime team is organized as CATL is currently most relevant for this domain specifically for underwater. During the session, we will go through the CATL as a standard together, how it should be implemented and the ongoing development so far. Collaborative Autonomy Tasking Layer (CATL) is a standardized framework that enables interoperable collaboration between heterogeneous unmanned systems in dynamic and communications-limited environments. CATL supports “autonomy at the edge” with distributed decision-making across multi-domain teams. CATL is the backbone of STANAG4817, a standard for multi-domain command and control.
