Mr. Jan Honoré, a graduate of the university of Ghent, undertook his master's project at the Royal Military Academy (RMA) in Belgium. During his time at RMA, he was supervised by Lieutenant Colonel David Lecompte and me. His master project was titled "Blast Behavior of small-scale circular RC column wrapped with low density foam and lightweight outer skin".
