Description

First Lieutenant Baha Eddine Rezghui, a graduate of the Military Academy of Tunisia, undertook his master's project at the Royal Military Academy (RMA) in Belgium. During his time at RMA, he was supervised by Lieutenant Colonel David Lecompte and me. His master project was titled Dynamic Behavior of Small-Scale Circular RC Column under Axial and Localized Blast Loading.
