This NATO research activity aims to examine how Defence establishments can develop into a learning organisation, where pedagogical information can be exchanged within and across formal team boundaries. In particular, the research seeks to explore how to develop ‘(digital) trainers’ networks’ that can connect trainers/educators online in order to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration.
