Operational needs for C-UAS coverage

The purpose of this document is to define the operational needs for C-UAS measures based on the standard scenarios established on work package 2. By analysing the expected results and measures needed to be imposed in order to mitigate the threats that non-cooperative UASs represents in the hands of malicious actors, general operational requirements emerged. These needs are categorised based on their priority. Furthermore, starting from the general aspects, each individual scenario defined in 2.3 – Courageous Standardised scenarios were examined and specific operational requirements were proposed for each. The needs for integration with other technologies and forensic measures are also tackled.
The document represents an update of the previous version of the deliverable D3.1.1, which was submitted on 21.12.2022. The document includes several updates for the specific operational needs for each scenario, being also based on conclusions resulting from the Greek trial.
