Projektdetails
Goal of the project
The main objective of this project is to achieve a better understanding of human-autonomous system interaction. The practical outcomes of this understanding are a set of guidelines and recommendations for the Belgian Defence. In addition to the relevance for weapon systems, the dual-use of these recommendations can also be extended to all areas requiring decision-making assisted by (semi-)autonomous systems (e.g. transportation, aviation, health).
Role of the organisation
The Research Unit of Military Psychology is a research team within the Department of Life Sciences (LIFE) at the Royal Military Academy (RMA). Its focus areas lie in the field of psychology, behavioural sciences, and cognitive ergonomics.
