Digital Trainer Networks: Fostering Digital Collaboration Among Military Trainers

This project aims at examining how to develop into a learning organization, wherein pedagogical collaboration and knowledge exchange within and across formal team boundaries are facilitated. The main research question is how to develop “digital trainers networks” that connect trainers from across the organization in a network supporting pedagogical knowledge exchange, resulting in an efficient professional development network for military trainers, in the context of the aging population and reduced work force.
