In this study we propose to assess the feasibility of a multi scale change detection framework based
on satellite time series.

Role of the organisation
The RMA is in charge of the image processing. The Radar (Sentinel-1) and optical (Sentinel-2) images are provided by a collaborative ground segment. The high resolution images are obtained either from Pleiade (for the initial developments) or from dedicat
