Clingendael NSR strategic roundtable

This roundtable was organised as an interactive working session to inform two policy briefs on:
• the economic and infrastructural implications of the NSR
• the legal regime and its operational consequences

The session brought together expertise from different domains to assess how developments around the NSR may affect European shipping systems, legal practice, and strategic dynamics, with particular attention to implications for the Netherlands and the Royal Netherlands Navy.
